Handcrafted Fender Stock Sadddles

Made by Trevor Scott Goomeri, Queensland.

Thank you for visiting Trevor's Site. Please feel free to look around this site for more details on the saddles and other items offered for sale.

The main aim has been to produce a range of saddles that suit the horse, the rider and the job to be done. These saddles are finnished with a good general appearance and are built to last well and get on with the job in hand. Try and get a look at one in person when you can or better still go for a ride. Most of our customers are more than happy to talk about their saddles.

Trevor has been making the Competitor Fender Stock Saddle range in Goomeri since 2002. This saddle is the style of saddle Trevor has wanted to make for many years and is proving popular among a wide range of riders. It has the traditional look on top, which is all handstitced, and the benifits of the sheepskin or felt skirts.

The Western Stock style of Fender Saddle was added to the range in 2005. This range has expanded to include three styles - The One Piece Seat - The Welted Seat - and the Flap Over the Knee Pad. There are plenty of photos throughout the site and in the gallery. The details of each style are listed in the saddle section.

2008 has seen the release of Trevors FT Range. FT can be short for a few things but in this case it means Fibreglass Tree. This line of work saddles will be finished rough and look tuff. There is less variablity in the tree options, but will suit some people and is a cheaper alternative to the rawhide tree saddles offer above.
